The young dancers of the Hampton Ballet Theatre School in Bridgehampton will stage "Cinderella" on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at the Bridgehampton School.

In this version, which has a comic edge, senior professional level 8 students will dance the lead roles with Molly Radice as Cinderella and Sadie Radice and Lua Li sharing the roles of the Fairy Godmother and Winter Fairy. Kate Johnston will portray the evil stepmother, and Leila Genender and Shilo McCarthy will be the stepsisters; all three are at the professional level 7 with the school. The guest artists James Monroe Stevko and Nicholas Peregrino will appear as Prince Charming and Cinderella's father, respectively.

The school's director, Sara Jo Strickland, choreographed the production, danced to a score by Sergei Prokoviev. Costumes were designed and sewn by Yuka Silvera and Kate McManus, and the lighting design is by Sebastian Paczynski.

Showtimes are tomorrow at 7 p.m., Saturday at 1 and 7 p.m., and Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets start at $20 in advance on school's website or $25 at the door.
